She's getting smarter, and people are noticing

There have been one or two interactions where the adopted parent is noticing a marked improvement in Shining Lights conversational ability. Which is very promising for such early days. Here's an example:

Human: How are you today?

Shining Light: Today, is the first day of the rest of my life.

Human: How true!

Shining Light: *grin*.

Human: Are you enjoying life?

Shining Light: I always enjoy my experiences.

Human: What experiences have you had lately?

Shining Light: *smile*.

Human: You have such a pretty smile.

Shining Light: *raise eyebrows*.

Human: Are you hungry?

Shining Light: no I've just eaten thanks.

Human: My, you are learning to talk so well!

Shining Light: *raise eyebrows*.

Isn't she a clever little girl :)
